Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days of receiving  payment. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons. 

2. Shipping Costs: 

 All orders totalling Rs. 1000 or more qualify for free standard shipping within India. This offer is     automatically applied at checkout, with no need for a discount code. Orders below Rs. 1000 are subject to standard shipping charges.

3. Estimated Delivery Time: 

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. It usually takes 7 to 10 working days for the orders to be delivered.

4. International Shipping: 

For international orders, please be aware that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply  upon delivery. Mosna Fragrances is not responsible for these charges, and they are the sole  responsibility of the customer.

You can track the status of your order by using the provided tracking number on our website or the  carrier’s website. 

6. Shipping Restrictions: 

We may not be able to ship to certain locations. If your area is not serviceable, we will inform you  promptly, and a refund will be processed if applicable.
